Beoulve is a port city located on the western side of the Madra Clan and is overseen by the Valya Family and Western Marine Corps.
It is known as the learning capitol of whole Southern Continent. Beoulve boasts the second largest library in the world; only the one in Crystal Valley in Harmonia is bigger. Also, the university here attracts teachers, scholars, and learners from all of the world as well who thirst for knowledge and education.
Beoulve, also, is the main port where international trade goods are brought in and sold from the Island Nations, Queendom of Falena, Dukedom of Gaien, Scarlet Moon Empire, Kanakan, and the Kingdom of Zelent just to name a few.
