Port Nowhere as it name implies doesn't official exist, but it is a secret mobile floating community of pirates and black market dealers, whose port location is changed ever so often due to the pressures place on them by the Western Marine Corps.
It is said, if you cannot find your item at Port Nowhere, then you can't get it anywhere on the Southern Continent.
